6 pack abs in 6 minutes?

I say no way. Wanna know why? Cause I’ve tried this stuff, man. Sure, the first few days feel like you’re really workin it. Then, after a few weeks, you start noticing some aches and pains.

You start thinking aw well, I’m alright. This isn’t going to bother me for long. As long as I keep this ab fitness routine up, I’ll be good to go. Wrong.

Those pains are from the strains that doing regular crunches puts on your lower back and neck. These strains are unnecessary, and can be prevented using a more sophisticated system.

Don’t do it just cuz it’s cheaper man, you don’t want to lose your body to something as silly as a few bucks.
