Truth About Abs Review - Results in Under 2 Weeks

Hey everyone, this is Rob Fredrick. Remember when I mentioned I would write up that Truth About Six Pack Abs Review? Well, I decided to do it sooner rather than later. This is going to be an ‘uncensored’ review, of sorts.

If you’d rather bypass my review, and you’re looking for the product’s website, check out “Truth About Six Pack Abs” - Try it first and decide later.

If not, then let’s get cracking.

You’re probably wondering why I’m writing this review. What’s in it for me? Well, I’m not one too brag (OK.. maybe sometimes, for those of you who know me), but I tend to really like something that works for me.

When I first started looking into buying the Truth About Six Pack Abs system, there wasn’t much information on it. At least… there wasn’t much information that wasn’t trying to sell me something, ya know? Yea, I hate that too…I wasn’t having very much luck with women, and I started getting comments about how I was looking a little heavier than usual (ima little on the shorter side).

So, I’m writing this to help those who are experiencing the same thing I was (since everyone’s still trying to sell something to you).

I’m not gonna be blowing smoke up your butt or anything. I won’t lie and say that something is always glitters and sunshine. If you don’t want the honest truth, you should probably just stop reading.

Just for some background info… I started using the truth about 6 pack abs system when i weighed 190 pounds. Most of that was fat, unattractive flab that I couldn’t get rid of. Look at my picture on the About Me page. How did I do that in three weeks? Man, I’m happy with it.

Yea, the Truth About Six Pack Abs program not only teach you how to get a six pack quickly, it even helps you lose weight. Forget about just toning your body. I lost 19 pounds in these 3 weeks. That’s an avg of around 6 pounds a week.

So, why trust me? Hey, I don’t benefit if you trust me or not. I’m just being on honest. I’ve tried countless abs fitness systems before, each one of them involving some harmful tactic that ended in more pain than results.

I mean, if you notice, these companies just try to sell you a product that tells you to “do x number of crunches per day, oh and eat this food, and you’ll get 6 pack abs.” Bogus. I mean, would curse, but I wouldnt want to offend my readers. This stuff HURTS you! Traditional crunches HURT you more than they help. They’re a fraction of the effectiveness of the workouts in the system I’m talking about in this Truth About Abs review.

I’ve tried an abs fitness program that told me to use a training ball, basically a small kick ball, to better tone my abs. The ball was difficult to keep in place, and it hardly kept air. I had to pump up the ball once every couple days. Hardly reliable, and after 4 weeks, I think I may have GAINED weight, and certainly I did not build any abs.

This 6 pack abs system only had one flaw, to me. They’re a little hard on you. They expect you to work as hard as you can with the system. But, if you can do that, like I was able to, you’ll see that you get the best results with them like I did. And, now that I look back on it, it wasn’t all that hard…

But, man this worked. After a week and a half, I had what some would call “4 pack abs”, and then about 2 weeks later I looked like I do in the picture.

The system is legit. It tells you specifically how to perform each exercise and what you need in order to optimize your performance. It tells you what to eat and what not to eat, and you’d be surprised to find out what all you CAN eat.

So I’m not really a wordy kind of guy. I don’t really know what else to say other than that the truth about abs system worked for me. And if it worked for me, then trust me, it’ll work for anybody on this planet…

By the way, yesterday a woman approached me. Her name was Amanda, with long brunnette hair, and gorgeous green eyes (they may have been contact lenses). She commented on my fitness, and thought I had been working out my whole life. So, tip for the guys… hang out at coffee shops when using the truth about six pack abs by Mike Geary. ;)
